5 sticks of butter never tasted so gooooooood

by the way, i baked one batch of julia child's pecans sticky buns last friday morning (still have one lof in the freezerfor later). mmmmmmm buttery, brown sugar-y, pecan-y, flaky baked goodness.

i highly recommend them, but the recipe really does take at least a couple of days to make and assemble. especially if you have to keep an eye on a toddler and an infant.

i have another sticky bun recipe (martha stewart's) that seems slightly less complicated. also less butter. i'll let you know when i get a chance to try it.
