confession

now that harrison ford has become all icky and smarmy and mid-life-crisis-y, steve martin is my #1 celebrity exception. i used to think he was too goofy, not good looking, and just plain weird. but you know, in the past 5 years or so, he's totally grown on me. now i think he's really handsome, he's creatively well rounded (writer, painter, banjo player, actor) and he's got a dry and clever sense of humor, which i can totally understand.

so why am i telling you this? because i just discovered (via hipclicks) that there is a steve martin.com. hurray! (although it looks like it needs updating...) also, he wrote en editorial for the NYTimes last week that is very clever. (registration required to view...sorry)
